At Empire Sheds, we strive to provide efficient and reliable delivery services to our customers.
Where We Deliver To

- We deliver to England and Wales.
- We also deliver to Glasgow and Edinburgh.
- We currently do not deliver to the rest of Scotland, Ireland or Northern Ireland.
- We currently only do Mainland deliveries. Non-Mainland deliveries are unavailable.
Delivery Details
- Typically 5-7 working days, possibly longer during busy periods.
- If you purchase a shed with us, or your order is over £200, then you qualify for FREE DELIVERY!
- All orders under £200 have a £15 delivery fee.
- Fences are the only exception to the above, in which if you order a single panel, or pack of 2, there is a £60 delivery charge. This does not apply to the purchase of panel packs of 3 and above, which count towards free delivery.
- We have our own Empire Shed Delivery Fleet, and third-party couriers used for remote areas.
- We will always deliver to the nearest point adjacent to the roadside.
If you require delivery outside these areas, please get in touch to see if we can arrange delivery for you.
Your Responsibilities & Information
To help ensure a smooth delivery, please let us know in advance if there are any access issues at your property, this helps us avoid delays or potential re-delivery charges. You’ll receive an email with your scheduled delivery date a few days beforehand.
Please note that our drivers are unable to remove existing sheds or assist with assembly. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any questions, just get in touch!

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the delivery charges for orders that aren’t eligible for free shipping?
Shelves, garden planters, and other small items are delivered for a flat fee of £15. However, if you’re purchasing a shed, delivery of shelves and shed bases is free when included in the same order. If bought separately, standard delivery charges apply.
How will I be notified of my delivery date?
We’ll notify you of your delivery date a few days in advance.
